Chad Hedrick adds another 7 gold medals to his tally but Frechman Pascal Briand adds 3 of his own. Sheila Herrero, Theresa Cliff and Andrea Gonzalez share the spoils and watch out for Julie Brandt-Glass who wins a title on the short lived V-Drive clap skate.     Home video footage of the 1999 World Championships on the track and road in Nunoa-Santiago, Chile. Chris Safford was the only GB team representative with John C. Fry once again Team Manager. Watch Chad Hedrick skate all 100 laps of the 20km elimination on the front and still find the strength to outsprint everybody at the finish. Remarkable is an understatement!

Flack has a couple of top 10 finishes against such greats as Ippolito Sanfratello, Wouter Hebbrecht and Luca Presti.
